It started with a vision, a vision of the perfect engagement ring. I had been looking for a long time to find that perfect ring. Everything I looked at did come close to what Sam ultimately created for me. I walked into EJ with the hopes of wining an engagement ring (they were having a raffle), thinking that I would sell it, if I won, and put the money towards something else. What I ended up wining was my dream engagement ring, presented to my be the love of my life. I showed Sam a picture of my dream ring, shared my vision, and he ran with it. Sam and the staff at EJ walked us through every step of the design process, making sure that we were well informed and pleased with every aspect/component, down to the most minute detail. When I finally saw the finished product it far exceeded my expectations and I was left speechless and in tears. Sam brought my vision to life and helped make my dreams come true. The quality of the product and level of service is outstanding and nothing like one might encounter at a big box store. EJ values their clientele and it shows in their attention to detail, their professional relationships, and their talent to personalize each experience.
